MEET THE TEAM
Shena Stubbs is a highly respected attorney-at-law with over two decades of experience in the legal field. Specializing in brand protection, corporate governance, and real estate law, she has established a strong reputation for her expertise and practical approach to complex legal issues. Shena holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws degree, amongst other qualifications. She is currently a LLM candidate in International Business Law, at York University, in Canada. She was called to the Jamaican Bar in 2001.

Throughout her career, Shena has held senior legal positions in prominent organizations, including the RJRGLEANER Group of Companies, where she served as Senior Legal Advisor and Company Secretary. Shena has also worked as in-house counsel for AireSpring Telecommunications Inc. in the U.S. where she was responsible for providing legal adviceon a wide range of tech and commercial matters.

Shena’s ability to offer clear, strategic legal advice has earned her recognition within the legal community and amongst her clients. She has a track record of successfully guiding businesses through challenging legal environments, always prioritizing her clients’ best interests. Beyond her legal practice, Shena is actively involved in community initiatives and has served on various committees and boards, reflecting her dedication to both her profession and her community. In her spare time, she plays tennis and swims.
Ruel Gibson graduated from the Norman Manley Law School in 2013 and has had a career spanning more than 30 years in law. He has considerable expertise in criminal law and prosecuting. His legal journey has taken him from the courtroom to teaching roles, and his reputation for thorough research and practical legal advice makes him a trusted figure in the legal community.

Ruel began his career as an Assistant Clerk of Court and quickly advanced to key roles such as Clerk of Court and Senior Prosecutor. His extensive experience includes legal research, preparation of court files, managing prosecutions, and advising law enforcement agencies. He has served in various courts, including the Corporate Area Traffic Court and St. Elizabeth Resident Magistrates’ Court, where he handled a wide range of criminal and civil matters. His work in the Integrity Commission as a Senior Prosecutor further solidified his expertise, especially in the area of public accountability.

Today, Ruel serves as a Legal Consultant at Stubbs Gibson & Assocs while also sharing his knowledge as a tutor of contract law and criminal law at the Faculty of Law, University of the West Indies. His commitment to the law and dedication to justice have made him a respected figure among colleagues and clients alike. In his spare time, Ruel enjoys cricket and tennis.
Tanesha K. Collins is a versatile attorney with a focus on real estate and estate planning. With experience in commercial law, real estate and probate matters, she has built a reputation for providing clear, practical legal advice. Tanesha’s career has taken her through key legal roles at prominent organizations, including RJRGLEANER Communications Group, where, as in-house counsel, she had a general practice in diverse areas of the law.
Tanesha's approach is client-centered, making sure that each client's needs are addressed with professionalism and care. She holds a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the West Indies and is a graduate of the Norman Manley Law School. She was called to the Jamaican Bar in 2020.
